Derren Brown’s National Lottery Prediction Crowd Sourcing

If Derren Brown is to be believed then winning the National Lottery is all about getting together a crowd of people well known to each other, disbanding the nature of greed, and ask them to study the past year’s National Lottery results and then input their own next 6 numbers in order. The average number for each ball is then worked out by dividing each line of numbers by the number of partcipants. After 3 attempts with his team of individuals they had predicted 3, then 4 and then finally the whole 6 winning numbers over consecutive draws.
Perhaps we should try it on here? Beckenham National Lottery Prediction group, and see what numbers we come up with each Wednesday and Saturday. Just for fun I guess.

Definately going to try it out with 23 other work colleagues next week – who knows, it might just be true. Or did the man of illusion and mystery send us down a blind alley? Watching him make a guy stamp his bare foot on 19 out of 20 polystirene cups, believing one to contain a sharp knife under it which would have done some severe damage to his unprotected foot, shows hi s words and actions can be pretty manipulative. Perhaps Gordon Brown needs to employ him instead of ‘Your Fired’ Baron Sir Alan.

Spookily next week he says he’s going to stick us all to our chairs during his 9pm Channel 4 show. Well of course most will be seated to watch, but he says he’ll physically make it impossible for us to stand and get up out of our chairs. Now that’s audience participation or for me in advertising an advertiser’s dream: a captured audience!
